Academic coordinator is responsible and accountable for the mentorship of students across all courses. Allocate mentors to
respective courses in the right ratio. Ensure the respective batches are managed as per the defined process by the
team of mentors and support mentors/senior mentors to resolve student issues effortlessly. Train the team on
interpersonal communication, empathy and conflict resolution. Plan corrective action for repeated complaints or
issues by parents/students.
