Responsible for comprehensively presenting lessons and using visual/audio means to facilitate learning. Promote interactive learning by providing individualized instructions. Responsible to reach out to students and create relationships of mutual trust and organize classes to make learning an easy and meaningful process.
| · Understand, plan, and prepare appropriately as per the course curriculum
· Conduct online (recorded)/ offline (classroom) sessions as per the scheduled timetable · Teach students in the assigned classes in accordance with course descriptions, learning outcomes, and institutional policies and procedures · Demonstrate competence in the assigned subject during the session · Engage students in active, hands-on, creative thinking and problem-based learning · Promote students’ intrinsic motivation by providing meaningful and progressively challenging learning experiences · Ensure to complete the curriculum is within the defined timeline · Provide opportunities for students to apply and practice what is learned · Ensure the online recorded sessions are as per the standards of Xylem learning; Use appropriate tools/slides and materials to engage students during recorded sessions · Regularly evaluate teaching methods and use data to improve instructional strategies continually · To maintain a safe, orderly environment conducive to learning |
