Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates must qualify in any 5 out of 8 events:
- 100 m run – 14 seconds
- High jump – 132.2 cm
- Long jump – 457.2 cm
- Shot put – 7.26 kg
- Cricket ball throw
- Rope climbing
- Pull-ups
- 1500 m run – 5 minutes 44 seconds
Driving Skill Test
- PSC will conduct the practical driving test
- A valid driving licence must be held throughout all stages of selection
Training & Service Conditions
- 4 months of institutional training
- Further practical training after selection
- 5-year service bond mandatory
- Probation period: 2 years
