The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has officially released the detailed district-wise exam calendar for the Village Field Assistant (VFA) recruitment (Category No. 571/2025).
To manage the large number of applicants, the commission will conduct the OMR/online examination on three different dates during September and October 2026. Candidates waiting for their PSC exam schedule can now check their specific test dates based on the district they applied for.
Detailed District-Wise VFA Exam Schedule 2026
The examinations will be held on three separate Saturdays. Find your district below to note your exact exam date:
Exam Date: September 19, 2026 (Saturday)
The first round of the competitive examination will be conducted across five districts:
- Thiruvananthapuram
- Pathanamthitta
- Idukki
- Malappuram
- Wayanad
Exam Date: October 17, 2026 (Saturday)
The second round of the written test will be conducted for candidates from the following districts:
- Alappuzha
- Kottayam
- Thrissur
- Kozhikode
- Kasaragod
Exam Date: October 31, 2026 (Saturday)
The final round of the selection process will be conducted for the remaining districts:
- Ernakulam
- Kollam
- Palakkad
- Kannur
Important Details for Candidates
- Mode of Exam: The test will be an objective-type OMR sheet or online examination based on the official 10th-level syllabus.
- Admit Cards: The Kerala PSC hall ticket download link will be activated individually on the candidate’s Thulasi OTR (One Time Registration) profile as each exam date approaches. Generally, admit cards are made available 10 to 15 days before the scheduled test date.
- Mandatory Requirements: Candidates must bring a printed copy of their hall ticket along with a valid, government-approved original photo ID proof (such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) to the examination center.
