Educational Qualification
Categories are divided into three levels:

How to Apply for SSC Selection Post Phase 14 (2026)
Candidates can apply online through the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) by following these steps:
- Visit the official website : Go to https://ssc.gov.in
- Complete One-Time Registration (OTR): Register on the new SSC portal, as old registrations are no longer valid.
- Fill out the application form: Log in using your credentials and enter all required personal, educational, and post details carefully.
- Complete Aadhaar authentication: Use Aadhaar-based biometric verification (recommended by the Commission).
Note: Candidates who do not use Aadhaar authentication must report to the exam centre at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for manual verification.
- Upload live photograph: Capture a real-time photo using a webcam or smartphone during the application process. Pre-uploaded photos are not accepted.
Note: Applications will be rejected if the photograph includes caps, masks, or spectacles/glasses. Even candidates who wear power glasses must remove them while taking the photo.

The selection process for SSC Selection Post Phase 14 Recruitment 2026 is based on a Computer-Based Examination (CBE).
The exam will be objective in nature and consist of multiple-choice questions across four sections:
- General Intelligence
- General Awareness
- Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill)
- English Language (Basic Knowledge)
Each section will have 25 questions, carrying 50 marks, making a total of 100 questions and 200 marks.
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.50 marks deducted for each wrong answer
Separate exams will be conducted based on qualification level (10th, 12th, and Graduation). Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the CBE. After qualifying, they will be required to upload relevant documents for verification by the concerned departments.
