Students can complete the online registration using their basic details only through the official registration link provided by Xylem Learning on its website or other authorized channels. Registration is free and open to all Plus Two students from any stream.
Since NCPT-2 is an online exam, students can prepare from home. The syllabus includes Commerce stream-based subject questions, English, and General Knowledge.
The test will be conducted on 30 December 2025. Students receive the exam link and login instructions beforehand.

The NCPT (National Commerce Proficiency Test) is a scholarship-based online aptitude test conducted by Xylem Learning for Plus Two students. It evaluates a student’s understanding of Commerce-related concepts, English, and General Knowledge. Students who attend the exam are eligible for scholarships based on their performance. The top performer will receive a 100% assured scholarship.
NCPT stands for National Commerce Proficiency Test.
Any Plus Two student from any stream (Commerce, Science, Humanities) is eligible to apply for the NCPT exam. NCPT-2 specifically allows students who missed the previous NCPT attempt to participate.
The NCPT-2 exam has a duration of 30 minutes.
The NCPT-2 exam consists of 50 objective-type questions.
