FAQ'S
A JEE result analysis involves interpreting a candidate’s percentile, rank, and category rank while comparing them to college and branch cut-offs. This helps assess admission chances to various engineering programs based on exam performance.
To find the result URL, go to the NTA official website, enter your details, obtain your result and copy paste the URL.
To interpret your JEE results, focus on the percentile score, which reflects your rank relative to other candidates. A higher percentile improves your chances of admission to top NITs and IITs, while a lower one may limit options to lower-ranked institutions.
A JEE rank is determined based on the candidate’s percentile score, where a higher percentile indicates a better rank. The approximate formula for calculating rank is (100 – your percentile) × total candidates / 100. This helps estimate your standing among all test-takers and assess college admission chances.
In JEE Mains and Advanced, marks are calculated by adding up the scores from correct answers in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, following the exam’s marking scheme. Each correct response earns a set number of marks, while incorrect answers may lead to deductions.
