The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has officially commenced the first phase of option registration for KEAM 2026. This phase is specifically for admission into Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani, and Medical Allied courses. Eligible candidates can now lock their options through the official portal https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam2026/

- Candidates are advised to submit fresh options.
- Failing to take admission after receiving allotment may result in losing their seat and being excluded from the further allotment process.
- The fee will be adjusted against the tuition fee upon taking admission.
- Candidates who already paid the option registration fee during the MBBS/BDS counseling rounds do not need to pay again.
- For candidates who fail to secure any allotment, the registration fee will be fully refunded to their bank account.
