    NEET Counselling 2025 Rules & Guidelines

    1. Fresh Registration for Each Round : Candidates must register separately for every counselling round unless otherwise mentioned.
    2. Document Verification : Original documents including NEET scorecard, admit card, ID proof, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, caste certificate (if applicable) must be produced during reporting.
    3. Free Exit in Round 1 :Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 can opt not to join the college without losing their deposit.
    4. No Exit After Round 2 : If a seat is allotted in Round 2, the candidate must either join or forfeit their security deposit.
    5. Stray Vacancy Round Final round conducted by colleges for leftover seats. No fresh registration is allowed. Only previously registered candidates can participate.
